My arm/shoulder has been a lot better this week, so I’ve been able to illustrate again. It turned out to be three quite different illustrations:
The first is from the “Woman with Wine Glass” project from three weeks ago. I had made several sketches for the customer, which I will gradually convert into illustrations.
The second is an abstract summer landscape, in which I wanted to illustrate two aspects in particular: a sea of flowers in a meadow, and the intense sunlight of a summer afternoon. Did I succeed, what do you think?
The third image is a minimalist landscape that basically has the same theme: flowers in the bright sunlight of a summer afternoon. The landscape consists of the yellow sun in the blue sky, a piece of land (brown), a bridge (purple), all kinds of plants (purple and yellow), and two flowers whose white color represents the intensity of sunlight.
