This week I experimented a bit with the drawings of the plants:
For the purple plant, I wanted to emphasize the elegant twisting of the leaves. I could have done that with a different/lighter color, but I wanted a more graphic look.
With the second plant, I just wanted to try out how it would look if the line drawing was slightly offset above the fill color. I find the result mediocre.
The third landscape represents a spring sunrise when it is still cool, so the colors tend towards blue.
