For me, spring is a time of intense, but limited colors: mainly shades of blue, green and yellow, with the occasional red and purple, plus white. In spring, everything starts to grow again, which almost always means: green first. On sunny days the sky is clear with few clouds, which accounts for yellow, blue and white. Early flowers appear, which add red and purple, and again white (think of flowering apple trees for instance).

This is why my color palette is rather limited with a lot of yellow and green whenever I illustrate a landscape with spring in mind. Here are my dedicated spring landscapes:
