Two paintings of poppies and a threepart painting of field flowers (poppies, cornflowers and daisies).
The two paintings of poppies were inspired by tutorials I saw on Youtube about the use of palette knives to paint flowers (including poppies). I liked the technique – and I like poppies and flowers in general.
The poppies paintings would look great next to each other, as a diptych. Especially if you have a room or interior with a lot of white and grey and/or black, then they would be a serious eye catcher due to the red color. Both paintings are franed with wooden frames and glass and ready to hang.
In case you make use of Pinterest, I would appreciate if you would pin one of the images below. They are all optimized for Pinterest.

3 field flowers
The three paintings of field flowers I made in memory of my grandparents (especially my grandmother), who both passed away already. They owned a farm where I spend most of my summer holiday in my childhood, and my grandmother taught me a lot about nature – whenever she had the time to take me on a walk through the fields, because working on a farm is a lot of hard work.
However, I always liked the poppies, corn flowers and daisies the most. And due to the fact that my mother loves nature and flowers as well, I made the three paintings as a birthday gift for her. All three paintings are rather small, only 30 x 10 cm (ca. 4 x 12 in).
